I have been a big fan of Howard Stern over the years, and if you listen like I do you too might recall hearing the ad for the Mangroomer almost daily. I did some fishing around and I found out that Mangroomer is sold exclusively online through Amazon.
It looks like a glorified buzzer on a stick, but I guess if you are the kind of guy that wears a sweater to the beach this might be a handy tool for you. It has a fully extendable and adjustable handle that locks into place at various lengths to reach even the most difficult lower portions of back rug.
