World’s Heaviest Metal Robot Band Compressorhead

Post a Comment

The only thing left on the bucket list is to see the fully armored heaviest of metal bands, Compressorhead robots rockin’ out “Ace of Spades” with Lemmy stepping in to belt out the lead vocals!

Because these bad-ass bots, not only can play, but do play live concerts where their tin necks lash as they head bang and deliver hard edged renditions of classic heavy metal hits.

Meet the band:

Gadizmo sat down to interview the infamous drummer of Compressorhead, Stickboy at one of his favorite nightlife haunts in Sydney – who am I kidding, no we didn’t.

Regardless, for a six-year-old Stickboy thrills with his utterly hard-hitting John Bonham style on the Pearl 14 piece drum kit with double kick, and he is privileged to maximize his musical talent with four arms, two legs, one head, and no brain. Meanwhile Stickboy’s bastard child of an unknown mother takes control of the hi-hat shuffle. Stickboy’s inception date is 2007.

His robot band-mates consist of Fingers (on guitar), who joined Stickboy in 2009 and brings 78 hydraulic actuated string manipulators as purpose-built fingers, to shred the entire fret board and pluck raucously and Bones who is the highest precision chrome colored head bashing bass player in existence.

In case you were wondering, Bones’s biggest influences include Angus Young, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Dave Murray.

These guys bring musical genius and talent so that faithful metal heads, meatbags as their fans are called, can get their bot slamming fill of AC/DC, Motorhead, Pantera and METAL as they play real instruments on a real stage and ROCK!
