A Little Hand, Please?

If you’ve ever watched American Inventor on ABC, maybe you remember Richard Svee, the 65 year old retired and lovable inventor of Toe Jam. His innovative claim to anti-fame was a rubber doll’s foot with holes poked between the toes to dispense jelly, making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches fun for the whole family. Yes, as you’d guess, Richard didn’t make it far beyond his introduction in the series, but we have to wonder if he isn’t somehow associated with (or at least partially responsible for inspiring) handsoap.

The gimmick? Handsoap made to look like hands.

Delivered in a mesh satchel, for $12 you can get a bag of handmade little hands of various sizes and colors molded from goat’s milk glycerin to help with your dirty work.

I really couldn’t tell what my reaction might be if I found a pile of these soaps in a friend’s washroom, but it’s definitely unique!
